Project Proposals

The DanPaul Foundation does accept project proposals or grant applications
(both of which are found on our
FORMS page which you can go to by clicking on
the FORMS menu link above) from eligible grantee organizations.

Make sure you provide the following when applying for grant monies:

Copy of IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter

Project Proposal or Grant Application

Financial Statements and Operating Budgets for 3
years including the current year

Any other pertinent information for the foundation
Board to consider with your application or proposal

Grant-Writing

Writing Grants or applying for grant monies is certainly NOT an exact science,
since every foundation seeks different information to make their determinations
for whom they will give grant distributions.

The best advice is to make absolutely certain your programs meet the mission
and goals of the foundations to which you apply for grant monies, and to follow
directions or forms for project proposals or applications very carefully.  Also, be
thorough but succinct in your responses - keep it short and simple.

Scholarships

One of the foundation's areas of interest is in providing opportunities for young
people to attend an institution of higher education to prepare for success in
their adult lives.  To help meet this goal, the foundation may provide monetary
grants to accredited colleges and universities to help pay the tuition and costs
for students to attain their degrees.
